OUR CSA POLICIES
Membership & Payment
- Memberships are for a designated number of weeks per season.
- The full seasonal payment is due upfront
- Mid-season sign-ups are permitted and are pro-rated.
Share Details & Pick-Up
- Members must select a share size, a pick-up location, day, and frequency when signing up.
- Share contents are announced by email on Saturdays or Sundays.
- The farm doesn't guarantee a specific volume or weight in any share.
- No refunds or re-packing are provided for forgotten shares.
- You can change your pick-up site/day permanently or for a single delivery on the website, but this must be done 24 hours in advance.
Delivery Hold Credit
- Each member gets one Delivery Hold Credit per season.
- This credit can be used toward a purchase from the Ambrose Farm Online Store.
- No credit is given for an unscheduled missed pick-up.
Communication & Privacy
- We emphasizes that communication is key and encourages a team-based approach.
- All personal information is kept private and is never shared or sold.
